Manage, coordinate and maintain calendar of CEO including appointments, meetings, events and travel.
Responsible for organizing of internal and external meetings on behalf of the CEO ensuring all necessary requirements are made. Provide administrative support to CEO
. Responsible for organizing CEO travel arrangements
. Preparing meeting agendas, recording meeting minutes, collating board reports and presentations. Drafting and writing high quality reports and presentations, as required by the CEO.Draft letters and emails with high accuracy
Act as point of contact between Founder/CEO and external parties
. Responsible for all the tasks that keep the office tidy, clean, maintained, and secure. Finds contractual agreements for some of these tasks and follow up with them. Respond promptly to CEO’s queries
. Manage budgets, invoices, and payments
. Organize office operations, procedures and manages the filing system
. Commits to work flexible hours
. The ability to go the extra mile is a prerequisite. Maintains a strict confidentiality of business engagement.
