Power distribution system maintenance, operation, and protection hands-on experts - Saudi National
We are seeking Saudi Nationals with strong communication skills in both English and Arabic, and at least 10 years of experience in Power Distribution Systems within KSA to join our team! The successful candidate will be suitable for data gathering, field surveys, questionnaire filling, and interaction/meetings with customer power distribution company field staff.
He will be working closely with our international project team to identify and acquire data, develop and implement data acquisition strategies and tools to collect, manage, and analyze large data sets, ensure the accuracy and completeness of the acquired data, and identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
Requirements:
Saudi National, preferably retired from SEC, strong experience and background in any of the following areas of expertise, with hands-on work experience on distributions system for the following areas/positions:
Maintenance hands-on expert (one position)
Can provide us local practices-related inputs/support/interaction of SEC practices/manuals for our work for the following scope that our international team is presently working on Maintenance manuals/procedures review and compare it with other benchmarking companies, prepare gap analysis and prepare an implementation plan.
Operation hands-on expert (one position)
Can provide us local practices-related inputs/support/interaction of SEC practices/manuals for our work for the following scope that our international team is presently working on: Operation manuals/procedures review and compare it with other benchmarking companies, prepare gap analysis and prepare an implementation plan.
Distribution system protection hands-on expert (one position)
Can provide us local practices related inputs/support/interaction of SEC practices/manuals for our work for the following scope that our international team is presently working on: Prepare and update methodology for distribution system outage investigation analysis and reports.
3-year diploma engineers may be more suitable and may be available from field maintenance organizations. However, engineers may also be suitable if they have above hands-on work experience.
- Work is expected to be part-time/full-time, flexible hours, and even work from home with some meetings in SEC HQ offices. Some travel may also be required.
- Project duration is expected to be one year and may be extended to a year of 1.5 years.
