2. Diploma in Auto CAD 2D & 3D
3. Diploma in HSE1
4 years and above of experience
Self-motivated and works under minimal supervision
Strong organizational, planning and time management skills
Proficient in MS PowerPoint Word and Excel, email and Internet
Excellent command of English written and spoken.
Make the submittals & Transmittals and inform to the secretary to dispatch.
Performs miscellaneous administrative duties such as: Printing, Photos copying, Building Faxing, Receiving Telephone calls etc.
Follow up the matters assigned to the other managers
Answers telephone calls, screens them, and directs them accordingly. Update the letter /Transmittal /Submittals letter no in Primavera Contract Manager with draft letter.
Scan the whole documents in to PCM concern folder with date correct reference no and track the documents till it closed.
Achieves Master copy with Attachments & soft copy repository.
Print the log for received/send on monthly basis as per the approved format and guidelines and instruction by Sr. Document Controller.
Performs other related duties as assigned
