Review and submission of final MDR documents to company • Inspection & coordinating client, contractors, sub-contractors & vendor inspection • Inspection for Earthwork backfilling, underground utilities Compaction, FDT, anti-termite spray, form work, reinforcement, joints, embedded items installation, concrete trail mix, Pouring concrete & testing. • Review Sub contractors’ submittals including Pre-qualification, quality manuals, procedures, NCRs, FCRs, WIRs, Quality Plans, ITPs, and audit schedules. • Ensuring the implementation of corrective and preventive actions for all outstanding NCR’s, SOR closing. • Prepare weekly/monthly report for QA/QC Manager. 

• Carry out the site inspection and testing as per the approved ITP’s, latest revision of the Issued for Construction (IFC) drawings including the TRSGC, latest project specifications, approval Quality control procedures (QCP’S) etc. prior to startup of the work • Conducting Trail Mix for Various Concrete Grade at Concrete Batching Plant and Ensuring delivery of concrete to site as per approved Mix design • Preparing analyze and evaluate the project Quality KPI with respect to set targets on Client satisfaction Survey to have the continual performance improvement on processes. • Supervising Bridge Precast & Prestressed Production in Factory for I-Beams, H-Beams, Cross Heads, Deck Slabs, Quay Walls Blocks, Utilities Corridors, Reinforcement, Embedded Items and Formwork • Supervising Earth work (i.e., Excavation, Backfilling, Soil investigation & FDT. • Inspection for formwork, reinforcement, concrete and curing. • Supervising construction (onshore & offshore) Causeway, Abutments Bridge Erection, Diaphragm walls, Transition box, stitching concrete, Marine Jetties, Quarry Run, Capping Beams, Water proofing, Quay walls blocks & Light pools installation. • Attend progress, and QC meetings. Brief and give Progress quality reports weekly/ Monthly to QA/QC Manager

Inspection of roads and utility diversions, earthworks, waterproofing, concreting & asphalt work. xv. Witnessing of the testing of compressive strength of concrete at the 3rd party laboratory • Consensus with the consultant’s representative and Site In-charge for inspection and meeting about quality problems including closure of Non-Compliance Report • Conducting performance and installation mockup inspections with consultant as per approved project requirements • During construction checking that all aspects of the QC Specifications are being followed by Contractors, Sub-Contractors and trouble shoots where needed in coordination with the Engineering office Consultant. • Report to the QA/QC Manager, Daily, Weekly and Monthly basis for ongoing site activities.

• Inspected fabricated molds, reinforcement & embedded items of all Precast Elements (Electric Box, lifting anchors, ropes, dowels & threaded bars) according to reinforcement details as per approved project requirements. • Inspecting and keeping QC records of all the stages of Precast. and Monitoring progress of the works in Precast factory. • Attending factory weekly meeting and resolve technical issues with production team. • Conducting QC inspection Pre-Pour, Post-Pour & Pre delivery of the precast units Walls, Hollow core, Stairs, footing Column, Boundary walls, operation. • Overseeing de‐molding and stripping of casted elements ensuring that the required lifting strength is met. • Maintaining and updating daily records of all works done including records of tests, inspections, status of work, etc. • Prepare weekly and Monthly report for QA/QC Manager.
