Objectives and Responsibility

 Head the plant operations and supervise the Production (to achieve mile stone dates of delivery for each project), Planning, Engineering (control receiving IFA & IFC drawing from client as agreed schedule and follow up with engineering upon submission of shop drawing to the shop for fabrication), Projects Managers, Projects Engineers, Quality Control Engineers, Maintenance, and Safety functions, assign project staff to new contracts (projects) consider the size of project and client.
 Prepare various claims (delay from client in submission of IFC, revisions in drawings, delay in approval of shop drawings, exceeding contractual tonnage … etc.
 Meet targets for plant production, productivity, costs and to monitor, check and review project progress cost to ensure that cost is not exceeding estimated.
 Overall responsibility would include setting up systems, operations budgeting, production interface with sales, optimizing on productivity, cost, and quality and customer satisfaction.
 Control procurement of raw material for each project as per MTO and IFA drawings submitted by client, control import orders of raw material to be delivered to stock in time, and control local procurement keeping in mind not to exceed budget for each project.
