Fresh university grad with 4.15 GPA in French Language and Translation. I'm a very good communicator, I learn fast and have excellent people's skills. I'm attentive to details and fairly good with computers. I speak 3 languages (Arabic, English and French). I did an internship at Ahli National Bank in 2013. I taught introduction to French at PNU in 2015. I wish to work at an environment that will allow me to develop my skills and gain experience, while interacting with other professionals and learn from them.
Residential Technical Department agent (technical support agent for English & Arabic skills - Home landline service, internet & billing issues at STC), trained several employees, maintained top quality measures (AHT and call quality), attended several coaching lessons regarding STC landline issues, new products, monetary issues, employee behavior complaints and installation problems. Also maintained supervisor duties (such as monitoring agents, calls performance, handling supervisor calls, and supported other agents with unusual problems when needed.) Currently working at both Service Recovery and Residential Technical Support departments. Great overall customer handling experience.
