Prepare & send renewal notices to the insured divisions & explain the main issues of renewal.
Revise & send the renewal lists to the insurance co. for issuance and printing
Calculate policy inception premiums for each sub-group.
Prepare & revised final booklet draft.
Track policy inception invoices sent to clients.
Submit quotations, close the deal and collected the premiums.
Develop appropriate strategies and practices in order to improve the premium collection process.
Manage the customer interface of allocated key clients effectively in order to make them feel satisfied with the service rendered to them.
Manage the day-to-day operation which includes distributing, managing and monitoring the workload.
Ensure proper training to subordinates as well as implementation of procedures.
