Supervise daily tasks and the associated requirements, e.g.: additions/deletions/Correction, issuance of endorsements, prompt delivery of documents, receipt of claim documents, settlement checks etc.…
Optimize the use of available resources across the unit in carrying out assigned duties, to ensure work meets agreed standards for timeliness and quality.
Prepare (SLA) Service Level Agreement & circulate to concerned clients.
Set a visit plan to insured divisions to explain them the policy rules & regulations.
Handle the complaints/requirements of allocated key clients effectively and ensure speedy settlement.
Renew/amend existing policies for clients
Monitor & approve invoices which are relevant to the daily transactions e.g. (Additions & deletions).
Handle the complaints/requirements of the clients effectively by monitoring/managing subordinates under the group Implemented and improved service standards.
Undertake general administrative duties.
Plan, organize and prioritize duties and assignments along with training while simultaneously meeting management duties and expectations.
Monitor staff achievements, periodic performance appraisals, and provide guidance and coaching to direct reports in performing their delegated duties.
Deploy allocated resources for optimal performance and provide feedback to the direct line manager on resource requirements.
Devise and improve operational procedures and policies in line with corporate and strategic guidance.
Ensure that all direct reports acquire the competencies for effective performance in their roles, through appropriate training and professional development.
Review subordinates’ performance and provide feedback and development.
Ensure the performance of duties and conduct of staff are in accordance with the departmental/unit business processes and operating procedures.
Visit assigned potential and current corporate customers.
Unify enrollment Requests form (at the renewal period) & send it to the concerned divisions for immediate implementation.
Report on progress or performance and escalate issues or approval requests.
Discuss and assess clients' current and future insurance needs.
Negotiate policy terms and costs with insurance providers..
Monitor collecting insurance premiums.
Advise clients on making claims on their policies.
Prepare & send renewal notices to the insured divisions & explain the main issues of renewal.
Revise & send the renewal lists to the insurance co. for issuance and printing
Calculate policy inception premiums for each sub-group.
Prepare & revised final booklet draft.
Track policy inception invoices sent to clients.
Submit quotations, close the deal and collected the premiums.
Develop appropriate strategies and practices in order to improve the premium collection process.
Manage the customer interface of allocated key clients effectively in order to make them feel satisfied with the service rendered to them.
Manage the day-to-day operation which includes distributing, managing and monitoring the workload.
Ensure proper training to subordinates as well as implementation of procedures.
Provide necessary guidance to subordinates & monitor the tasks assigned to them on daily basis.
Ensure effective communication and sharing of knowledge. Along with training to subordinates.
Track installments dues of the insured policies.
Manage day-to-day multi-level relationship with key clients.
Ensure patient’s visit within hospitals as a part of providing proficient customer service.
Arrange meetings with assigned network provider’s administrations to discuss and ease the implementation of the new scheme.
Monitor staff's daily attendance for payroll and accountability.
Provide telephonic remote support, troubleshot and resolve system errors.
Responsible for ensuring client time frames were met or exceeded, that all claims were accurately addressed within a timely matter.
Assist operations management with the coordination of workflow improvements specific to all related job functions.
Facilitate a high performance culture by aligning individual goals, differentiating performance through evaluation and recognition, and managing performance improvement issues swiftly and appropriately.
