• Led EPCC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning) projects - FEED, detailed design, fabrication & installation of Static Equipment (process mixers, pre-mix vessels, heat exchangers & storage tanks), Rotating Equipment (Pumps), Packaged Equipment (HVAC) and associated Utilities piping connections & automation activity at various projects in Jeddah Industrial Cities.
• Led projects a taskforce of 20+ crew consisting of project supervisors, draftsmen, automation technician, mechanics, welders and electricians.

• Manage and interpret customer requirements and accordingly plan the day to day activities
• Prepare man-hour estimation and staffing plans for projects.

• Prepared Project Brief, Layout Drawing, Gantt Chart and Cost Estimation for the planned project to re-layout the Home Care Packaging Plant to improve Material Feeding & OEE
• Worked with Logistics Pillar to develop a Milk Run Strategy & designed Trolley’s for Material Feeding
• Supported in Personal Care 10T Mixer & Side Mixer’s hygiene improvement to comply with Unilever’s GMP requirements which is based on European Hygienic Engineering and Design Group (EHEDG) Guidelines

• Prepared SMPV’s (Standard Maintenance Procedure Videos), LUTI's (Learn Use Teach Inspect) & SOP’s (Standard Operating Procedure)
• Supported in preparation of Machine Ledgers.
• Initiated a Major Kaizen which dealt with the detailed analysis of the Theoretical Factory AC Load and the required recommended AC Load.
This project resulted in 2.4% reduction in the overall electrical energy load of the Factory.
• Applied World Class Manufacturing’s EEM (Early Equipment Management) methodology for generating a DR (Design Review) checklist for the factory to be used for future projects.
• Kaizen tools and Lean manufacturing principles were used to analyze the processes and procedures of the plant and to initiate a Major Kaizen which dealt with the optimization of energy consumption and quality improvement of the glycol chillers at the Soap Packaging Hall.
