Work with multiple offices or customers around the works ensuring strategy and planning is aligned.
Develop a detailed workflow chart and analyses the critical path in coordination with Base to ensure the minimum ground
time can be identified and achieved for each maintenance input.
Ensure Subcontractorrsquos programs are in line with the baseline / current program.
Prepare the monthly/weekly reports as per the consultantrsquos requirement.
Attend site progress meetings with the project manager.
