Summary

I am Ziaulhaq from Bannu basically but now resided in Peshawar since 2010. I complete my matriculation form BISE Bannu and then moved to Peshawar and did F. Sc from BISE Peshawar and then got admission to the University of Peshawar at Gender Studies Department and finally graduated in 2017. I worked as a Data Verification Associate at Data Support Center Peshawar under a project from UNDP named Polio Eradication from March 2016 to August 2018. Where I learned about the Data Verification, Data cleaning, Data Management, Data profiling, Data maintenance from the field. I got admission to M. Phil at Department Gender Studies, University of Peshawar and now working on research thesis along with practical work at Social welfare and Women Empowerment Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Secretariat since 5th august 2019 till to now as Gender specialist Internee. There I am performing the following duties
Providing technical assistance and support in areas such as the design and implementation of gender analysis and assessment, resource guides and other technical resources related to agriculture/food security / nutrition, economic development/growth/strengthening, combating violent extremism, as well as energy and infrastructure. As worked in collaboration with UNFPA on the Gender Management Information System (GMIS)to build an indicator for the project to digitize all gender-specific data. Design and conduct gender analyses and gender assessments. Design and facilitate meetings, trainings, and workshops, With Madam Syeda Nudrat (Gender Specialist 2). Develop and deepen innovative approaches to gender integration, gender equality, and inclusive development, and participate actively in relevant professional (formal and informal) communities, workshops, seminars, etc. Manage contracts and task orders, with Donor agencies such as UNDP, UNFPA, Unwoman, Aitimad etc...
