Human Resource Management. I am seeking a challenging opportunity in Human Resources Department

• Responsible for all Government Relations Procedures (Change of Sponsorship,
Issuance of new IQAMAs, Renewal of IQAMAs, IQAMA Transfers, processing Visa
documents, Exit Reentry Visa, Final Exit Visa etc.)
• Prepares the documents for the IQAMA Renewals, Change of Sponsorship Etc.
• Process, forward & collect legal documents related to the Ministry of Labor and
Immigration, Passport office etc.
• Developing excellent relations with all Government Offices
• Controlling the in & Out of Custody of Passport and generate weekly Task Reports
• Keep a track of any changes in government rules & regulations
• Responsible for NITAQAT process (SAUDIZATION Percentage)
• Prepare and submit paper payroll checks for employees
• Familiarize yourself and keep current with salaries, benefits, and other factors
• Assist and process and monitor payroll monthly variation
• Maintain and document all payroll records
• Conduct monthly HR Report
• Monthly settle general book with regard to payroll transactions
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll issues or other HR concerns
• Complete all HR reporting documents and submit them for senior management
approval
• Calculate and deduct appropriate amounts from payroll checks, including and other
related HR concerns
• Verify all overtime hours with the appropriate management personnel prior to
issuing payroll checks
• Obtain and verify direct deposit banking information from
• Maintain general ledger regarding payroll transactions
• Provide documents as requested from HR Director
• Manage the arrangement of files and documentation of all employees in the
company
• Receive HR applications, like annual leave request and leave flight request.
• Plan and execute finance offsite/onsite events (arranging hotel booking, catering,
and team-building activities with agencies)
• Develop Finance Calendar & Regional Visit Calendar with department Heads and
Directors
• Support CFO’s direct reports in consolidation (Meeting Packs, Agenda, Weekly
Highlights, etc.)
• Support CFO’s direct reports in managing all travel logistics, setting up meetings,
reminding of deadlines and organizing diaries
• Arranging students’ bi-annual trips and official holiday activities
• Meeting with parents to resolve student issues and answer their inquiries on school
policies, activities, and fees
• Taking the daily attendance and reporting to the school principle
• Coordinating meetings with the school Heads and Board of Directors
• Supervising the students on a daily basis
• Answer student concerns and follow up on their progress
