 As per the customer order book received from Sales team scheduling will be done wrote to Customer commitment date.
 Master schedule preparation for each activity of the project by fixing a deadline for the activities & coordinating with the shop floor supervisors for the successful completion of each activity at the right time
 Carrying out process engineering activities in ERP environment based on production program (ie. Conversion of Work order and spares order into confirmed purchase requirements ie. Raising material intents based on Technical specifications and drawings (Forgings, Steels, Couplings, & Bearings)
 Providing weekly schedule to the production dept based on the dates arrived from master schedule activity wise and closely monitors the actual for successful completion of the activity.
 Co-ordinate with dept supervisors/managers and other personals to assess progress and discuss needed changes
 Revises the production schedule when required due to design changes, labor or material shortages, backlogs or other interruptions, collaborating with management teams to sort out the occurred problems
