 Facilitating human resources processes
 Ensuring the effective utilization of plans related to HR programs and services
 Conducting audits of payroll, benefits, and other HR programs, and recommending corrective actions
 Assisting with the performance review and termination processes
 Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources department
 Coordinating all employee incentive programs
 Maintaining new hire, employee, and absentee reports (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly)
 Helping employees file health, dental, life, and other deferred benefit claims
 Provide a range of HR services to employees from joining to expiry of contract and assisting in all matters relating to contractual/employment matters.

Manage Compensation & Benefits, in order to initiate the appropriate payroll action
Process employment of staff, and ensure compliance to regulatory concerns
 orientation for new employee and coordinate with HR Officer Training & Development regarding
 Prepare guidelines for the Staff.
 Follow up to secure timely participation of all departments in the process
 Analyze performance reviews for staff and make appropriate recommendations
 Oversee the smooth flow of processing and analysis of all personnel administration Ensure documentation is maintained in personnel files and on the HR system
 Stay up-to-date of the latest developments in the HR field
