My duties as a GSA are to greet guests arriving to the hotel in a proper way, answering telephone calls from them and responding to their requests like making and canceling reservations. Also to assign the guests rooms, issue keys and collect their bill information and payment. As a GSA I have to assist the guests and answer their requests for assistance and coordinate with the other departments to fulfill their requirements. Although I have to deal with irate guests and find a way to resolve their issues and make them satisfied.

As a secretary I was the first point of contact for visitors and clients, so my duties were to answer and transfer the client calls. Including emails as well I had to reply to the clients as soon as I receive the mail, also the secretarial work which means sending and archiving documents, checking reports, updating documents, faxing, typing and copying.
My duties were to check both domestic and international flights at night, the airplane type, flight numbers, boarding time, the number of passengers for every flight. By the end, I had to write a report to send it to my supervisor.
