I was assigned to a robotic drone tethering system, which was related to a drone development used by skyscrapers with some mechanical engineering analysis to its componenets.
Moreover, I worked on a teathring mechanisim such as driving belts and its length, and timing belt pullies for performance improvements.
The motor selection was another work to define its torque and the required DC wires.
I created a club during my studies at the University of Washington Bothell. The objective was to bring all aviation lovers together to work on RC models, organize visits to Boeing Field, Boeing factory, and other activities related to aviation.
It was very educational because we were able to visit different places such as ALASKA AIRLINES maintenance facilities and Boeing factory up in Everret, Seattle, USA.
