• Prepares and records asset, liability, revenue, and expenses entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
• Assist in collecting information; preparing a balance sheet, profit and loss statement.
• Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.
• Assist Senior Accountant with generating monthly, quarterly & yearly reports.
• Preparing and posting of monthly journal entries(Depreciation, provisions etc.)
• Reconciling Bank Reconciliation Statement.
• Preparing payment requests for employees and suppliers to follow up with a partner on completeness of transaction.
• Prepare receivable aging reports and follow up for payments.
