• Ensure that proper quality control inspections are implemented and utilized by QC personally.
• Read and interpret drawings and specifications to determine insulation requirements and type of insulation required (Heat Conservation, Cold Conservation, Personnel Protection, and Acoustical/Noise Control).
• Conduct surface inspection of all lines for insulation as per isometric drawing.
• Check the paint report of all lines for insulation for assurance that the line is already hydro tested and accepted by client before proceeding to insulation works.
• Provide coating lining insulation related to technical engineering support to all related departments and projects.
• Direct supervision of workflow and co-ordinate with other group involve in the insulation activity i.e. piping, painting, hydro testing etc. To avoid overlapping of work and delay.
• Leading a crew of insulators +40 people and responsible about their production.

• Executing the activities within the area of responsibility ensuring the compliance with the QA QC and HSE requirements.
• The painting involving the facilities of Surface preparation, painting of chemicals storage tanks (Internal & External), different chemicals lines, Structures, Pressure Vessels etc. as per the specified drawings, painting specifications & systems.
• Review the painting/coating application procedures to ensures that the detailed procedure relevant to the application and inspection of
painting, coating, insulation and fireproofing in line with Project
• Ensure that environmental conditions (range of temperature and relative humidity control methods) and time restriction (between surface preparation and first coating and/or subsequent coatings) for the painting/coating application are suitable to meet the requirement of the approved painting/coating system, prior to the commencement of painting/coating application.
