1- Receive and endorse employees request forms, such as banks letters, salary certificates, employment certificates etc…
2- Endorse and follow-up on all recruitment request to completion
3- Ensure all new employees benefits are provided as per contract and RRF (medical and life insurance, food allowance, accommodation, etc…)
4- Ascertain required preparations and induction program are ready and prepared for new arrivals
5- Receive incident reports, investigate and recommend actions
6- Receive and endorse all leave requests such as: annual leave, emergency leave, unpaid leave, etc...
7- Monitor attendance i.e. in/out roasters, overtime usage and endorse time sheets
8- Coordinate with HR corporate office as required
9- Endorse requests of change in employee benefits (change position, change salary, change allowance, etc.)
10- Receive employees’ exits (termination, resignation, not reporting to duty, etc…) and follow to conclusion
11- Monitor Saudization percentage and coordinate an assist in recruitment, development and retention of Saudi employees
12- Endorse employees probation evaluation
13- Monitor and suggest training by performing TNA
14- Monitor and conduct performance evaluation
15- Conduct employee utilization evaluation and recommend adjustments
16- Maintain updated Org. Charts and JD’s
17- Ensure employees are assigned as per cost center indicated in the ERP system
18- Endorse employee transfers
19- Ensure HRMS generated employee information are authentic
20- Ensure any rentals are based on Ajeer system
21- Coordinate with NP on issues related to their staff
22- Consult manpower planning and job role gap analysis
