*Plan, budget, oversee and document all aspects of the projects
*Work closely with upper management to make sure that the scope and
the direction of each project is on schedule, as well as other departments
• Managing Risks and Issues
*Prepares and submits the master program of the project in consultation
with the project manager.
*Reports to the Project Manager the status of project progress against the
*planned schedule and provides corrective actions necessary if the
planned schedule is not achieved
* Drawing plans; using specialized design software packages
• Managing parts of construction projects.
• Ensure projects meet agreed specifications, Budget, Timescales
*ensure that all materials used and work performed are in accordance with
the specifications
