Responsibilities as an Executive Secretary:
 Reporting to management and performing secretarial duties.
 Processing, typing, editing, and formatting reports and documents.
 Filing documents, as well as entering data and maintaining databases.

 Directing internal and external calls, emails, and faxes to designated departments.

 Expert in Saudi Government laws especially (ministry of commerce, SAGIA, municipality, advertisement signage, sale permits, fire department, civil information, health and other) and follow up with the appropriate public authorities for their issuance.
 Responsible for maintaining an accurate record of all the government related documents of the company.
 Identify potential Government Relations risks and give appropriate recommendations. 
 Represent the company in a professional manner and build healthy relationships with all government agencies.
 Avoid fines by complying to Government Laws in KSA
 Review and attest all kind of documents through chamber of commerce account
      Research regulations, laws, and legal articles to assist with the preparation of reports, case files, and legal advice
