I work as MEP Project Head on national and international projects. In addition to doing execution, I do scheduling, monitoring, tracking of a project; it is also my job to coordinate with the team at our head office (HO) and to lead the project team here in my office and on site.
My passion has always been MEP engineering, planning, monitoring and managing projects and that is just what I did. When I work on many projects, I have to adjust to new working cultures at every site and new local standards all the time.
I too deal with many design standers and codes like ASHRAE, ISHRAE , SMAGNA, NBC, API, ASME, BS, ASNT, IPC , NFPA etc.
I too deal with much soft skill like - MEP AutoCAD, HAP, MEP REVIT, DUCT SIZER, BETA, PIPE PRO 8.5, PIPE SIZER and any MEP QC documentations in MS Word, Excel sheet, and Power Point Presentation work etc.
I'm responsible for ensuring that my team performs well. That is: deliver the expected quality on time. Only if we perform well will we get the next project.
At AGHOR GROUP (Kerala) previously and now at STUDIOKON VENTURE PVT LTD (Gurgaon) at present, I often work directly with stakeholder , project team (PMC), Contractors and services respective vendors which allow me to understand their priorities and issues related to the project. This way, I can take quick actions in the best interest of the project.
