1. Collect the necessary information and the source documents related to the financial transactions from the concerned people in the organization to update statements daily.
2. keep a record of the payroll accounts and consider a worker's total working hours, deductions and increments to compute the total amount of salary payable to the workers of the organization.
3. Recieve invoices or bills from vendors, get them sanctioned and arrange for payments through checks or bank transfers.
4. submit monthly reports regarding the expenses and cash book balances.
5. Prepared semi annually financial reports and presented to the board of directors.
6. Keep update database, communicate with suppliers and publishers.
7. Keep track of all contacts specific information with organozations profiles, contact person profiles.
8. Arranged annual events like meeting of Board of Directors.
