Preparing preventive maintenance schedules and check lists
- Follow up a periodic maintenance
- Follow up a maintenance technicians during diagnosis, disassembly, repairing and assembly time
- Reviewing required spare parts and materials
- Work on improving maintenance procedures and roles with QA Dept.
- Provide maintenance workshop requirements such as tools, devices and materials
- Work on reducing a corrective maintenance
- Distribute job orders depend on technician skills
- Provide monthly service breakdown report
- Work on improving maintenance procedures and roles with QA Dept.
- Spare parts receive and releasing in /out of spare parts store through ORACLE system
- Ensure spare parts stock “Prepare Safety Stock Report”
- Provide monthly risk assessment report to QA DEPT.
- Submit hot work permit to safety section before starting any hazard work

Implement periodic and corrective maintenance for company fleet (Trucks, Material Handling Equipment)

Good knowledge of diesel engine, gasoline engine, hydraulic systems, pneumatic system,
chilled water system, A/C, firefighting water system, plumbing and boilers
