• Responsible in receiving & checking of company materials deliveries, duties to check the quantity & quality items received as per purchase order description & specification required.
• Initiate procedures concerning insurance claims for damage to materials during transport to site during erection.
• To insure that the stores are kept in an orderly proper manner.
• Participate in conduct of monthly physical inventories.
• To arrange warehouse logistic according to the instruction of the site manager.
• Prepares statistical and information reports on material coordination and warehouse activities.
• To keep records about the handling of materials, using corporate software system.
• Computer literate, especially in SAP/ ERP warehouse management system.
• Document and prepare the “Material Receiving Report (MRR) for submission to the Manager PROCUREMENT.
• Generate Over shortage and Damages (OSD) report in case of discrepancies during the course of inspection & inventory process and forward the same to the procurement for further action.
• Producing shipping documents for all material movements.
• Coordinate with all department managers to ensure accountability for all materials.
• To supply site planner with updated information regarding material availability at site to support the construction schedule reliability.
• Manage consumables, dangerous goods/chemicals, or similar items.
• To manage the receiving, check, storage and preservation of materials delivered at Site.
• Preparing material requisition as per required stock levels.
• Manages daily cycle count activities including investigating and resolving variances, approving where appropriate.
• Monitoring material delivery schedules to ensure timely delivery to construction site.
• Liaison with Construction and Procurement to co-ordinate all Piping and Structural Fabrication Orders.
