1- I am helping GM of sales, to sett the annual Budget and develop the sales Policies at
the Company.

3- I am developing and setting the sales plans with Regional sales Managers and
following them up, to achieve our Goals .
4- Coordinate sales Activities with other Departments of Marketing and Procurement,
Warehousing, Production and 􀃒nancial.

In the past the sales Team worked randomly, but now we began to create sales Plan
for credit sale every Month.
Now we can forecast our sale at the beginning of the Month and what are our
Problems, to solve it, and we can know what our Strengths Weakness is.
2) Time Management
We started, to apply daily action Plan, to manage the sales Team There Time.
3) How to direct the sales Team, to increase our Market Share
We have big Project. We follow up more than 1000 Customer in the Kingdom of Saudi
Arabia, to increase our Customer Data, to increase our Market Share in 2017.
4) Control cash Customers
In the Past we didn’t have any Information about cash Customers, but now we have
Mechanism, to follow up Cash Customers.
Now we can de􀃒ne our cash Customers in each Branch and what is the Type of these
Customers and there Volume.
5) Forecast of cash sales
We began, to forecast the sales of cash Branches, to expect our weaknesses in the
Branches, to solve it in the beginning of the Month
6) How to control sales through sales Analysis
The Reading of the Numbers is one of the most important Tools, when we control the
sales.
The Summary of 􀃒rst Objective
We are working, to train the sales Team, How to plan their Business, to be professional
sales Team.
Evaluate the Performance of the sales Team
We made the 􀃒rst Evaluation of the sales Team in December 2016.
We will make this Evaluation every Quarter.
