• Finalize the monthly Management Reports and analyses for management review.
• Issue the final monthly regional P&L report and Management Book to top management (Finance Manager & CFO and other functional senior managers) and respond to related queries.
• Ensure budgetary control and compliance with policies and procedures.
• Provide comprehensive financial accounting, reporting and analysis support to the entire business.
• Ensure timely submission of required information and periodic reports to Regional/Corporate Office.
• Checking and finalizing of Monthly Team Operating Expenses on monthly basis.
• Prepare Operating Expenses comparison reports for all departments by cost centers and
