Currently working with AIR PRODUCTS JIGH Project in collaboration with the Royal Commission for Jubail Industrial City. as a Material and Warehouse Supervisor. To oversee all material control activities at the construction site and support the construction manager in carrying out their duties by the project\'s rules, procedures, budget, and schedule. the creation of an organizational chart outlining roles, duties, and lines of responsibility for the material control team. to develop the policies and strategies that will govern the project material management practices in cooperation with the procurement manager. by the overall construction plans and timetables, to establish the material control plan.to establish the Site Materials Control Procedures in cooperation with the Procurement Manager. to administer the budget after participating as necessary in its creation.

Knowledge and experience of material receiving and inspection as per Saudi Aramco procedures
Check and verify material/equipment received in good condition
Check and the material received is complying with the material request by verifying from related documents.
Raise RFI for joint inspection with the client.
Raise NCR for non-compliance if any.
Controlling Project Steel Structure Fabrication.
Prepare orders for shipping, giving exact documentation in agreement with pertinent enactment, client, and carrier necessities.

Material Receiving Responsibilities
Perform customary quality evaluations on all approaching materials from sellers and active items for shipping.
Reject all items and materials that fall flat to meet quality expectations.
Read outlines, plans, and details to get the prerequisites of items and services.
Measure item measurements, look at usefulness and compare the ultimate item to the specifications.

Structural Responsibilities
Perform design review of design packages and material specifications based on the designated code, standards, and project requirements.
Review of shop drawings and as-built drawings and coordinate with different trades and disciplines.
Respond to the contractor requests of inspection, technical queries, site clarifications and coordinate with the project management team to issue a field directive as necessary. 
Check quantities and percentage of work completed to date to ensure the calculation accuracy.
Monitor workflows and schedules.
Maintain records and report on a daily basis

Maintains essential records and files from which management reports are prepared and distributed.
Enters SAP system reservations for all planned material requirements.
Responsible for the maintenance of the Bills of Material (Parts lists) for assets including ensuring current information is accurate
Reviews all work order feedback and updates PMs and Standard Work Orders accordingly.
Planning and scheduling for shutdowns (major and minor)

Combine Cycle Power Plant, In various capacities such as Material Management
Systems Administrator and Controller, with wide exposure to Material Purchasing,
Material Expediting, Mechanical Inventory and Stock Controller, Stock Analyst,
Store Technician, Data Entry and Field Material Computer System. All these
experiences are in the field of construction and maintenance of Petroleum Refinery,
Oil & Gas.Good knowledge of Inventory Management (Goods Receipts, Goods
