1-Process all cash transactions taking place in the bank

2- Maintain accurate details of each transaction

3- Make precise entries into the banking system

4-Balance the currency, validate deposit slips, and issue negotiable instruments viz., draft issuances, promissory notes, traveler's checks, bills of exchange, etc.

5- Tally the full cash amount at the end of each day

6- Count the cash in ATMs and TAUs/ATS's and replenish them

7-Make reports and submit them to the bank manager

8- Help the customers to get through tedious banking processes

9-Guarantee security and safety of all bank and client assets via effective adherence of regular corporate and legal processes

10- Bring in new customers and open new accounts by advertising new services and boosting business referrals such as mortgages, insurances, loans, lending, etc.

11-Educate and provide practical training to new employees

12- Coordinate with cashiers, tellers, including other internal and external bank employees

13-Sustain good relations with the clients
