<p>· Directly Managing Irrigation and Fertigation by Jain Automation Drip Irrigation System with respect to time base, volume base and sensor base (tensiometer).</p>
<p>· Overall, in-charge of all farm operations from Land Preparation to Harvesting.</p>
<p>· Supervising farm team i.e., Supervisor, Assistant Supervisors etc.</p>
<p>· Directly reporting to CEO & Top Managements i.e., Daily, weekly, Fortnightly and monthly basis.</p>
<p>· Monitoring of technical parameters of Drip Irrigation System.</p>
<p>· Support Field and Agronomy team to get the desired result of Crop Yield.</p>
<p>· Identification and rectification of any issue.</p></div>
