- Develop in-depth industry knowledge of power supply technologies, applications and products.

- Present and explain RECOM Power products and value proposition to design engineers.

- Work with customers to develop customer specific solutions.

- Maintain daily technical inquiries from design engineers, sales managers and distributors.

- Comply with customer’s request for approval and certificate documents (UL, CSA, IEC, EN)

- Troubleshoot, maintain and communicate failure analysis reports.

- Collaboration with engineering team in Europe with respect to new and existing market trends.

- Support marketing with technical input

- Work within the CRM/ERP/Extranet systems for all data management.

- Identify new product opportunities; survey customer needs and trends; track competitors.

Maintenance Technicians are responsible for routine and non-routine maintenance activities on the sites\' manufacturing and process equipment. Daily tasks include performing maintenance in the areas of fluid power/ pneumatics/ Programmable Logic Control/ mechanical and electrical systems and working with scheduling and planning software. Technicians coordinate troubleshooting efforts and strive to implement improvements with operations and engineers as needed to assure the day to day site operation.

I am a specialized technician whos responsible for doing the modifications/ corrective and preventive maintenance to minimize the failures in electronic equipment in order to prevent either lost time or poor quality data by ensuring that the assigned equipment is maintained as per Maintenance Standards.
