Currently doing a job as MEP Engineer in MEP department at Al- Rajhi Bank Head Quarter Project, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. I also have more than 1 year of extensive experience as Mechanical Engineer in well-reputed Engineering services providing company in Pakistan. I have practically used engineering and management related software like AutoCAD, MATLAB and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). To polish and purify my skills and efforts I am also certified in managing safely from Canadian affiliated institute which helps me to manage and execute my responsibilities under international Occupational Health and Safety Standards. To add a positive skill in my career I have done an English language certification from British Council as well. This language certification helps me to communicate effectively. I am a self-motivated achiever with an ability to achieve and execute.
• Reporting directly to the project director regarding site progress and advise on long lead MEP items that may affect the progress of the works. To present solution regarding any conflicting issue.
• Witness on-site piped system pressure test, air conditioning duct leakage testing and another testing that may be required during the first, second and third fix stage and advise the Project Director accordingly.
• Hydraulic calculations(pumps) and formation of (H-Q) characteristic graph and selection of pumping instruments based on calculated data. Preparation of Material Inspection Report, Construction Inspection Report, Method of Statement, Site Survey Conditions Report, Final Inspection, and Testing Report, Inspection testing Plan, Approval of Site Work Instructions.
• Material Management such as dealing with suppliers, Quotations review, Technical Specifications, Authorization of Supplier, Bill of Quantity, Purchase Order, Demand and Supply Management,
• Attending regular meetings and follow-up with the client, architects, and consultants and keeping them inform of Progress.
• Approval of Site work and material installation documents from the Consultant
• Checking Drawings and quantities to ensure that calculations are accurate for the work and reviewing the Base Build and As Build conditions.
• Supervising and coordinating with workforce in executing the job on time as per work schedule and standard
• Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties, and other problems that may arise
