o Completes the recruitment procedures after the completion of the required information and the preparation and presentation of work contracts to sign.
o Prepare and follow the announcement of the jobs to be filled and receives requests, sorted and conduct interviews and inspections and make recommendations.
o The preparation of periodic reports and other periodic reports on the progress of work
o Propose solutions to the problems and obstacles in the organization and style of the current work and submit to the direct supervisor for discussion and development
• Monitor and manage all the Pos materials for Cigalah suppliers, ensuring timely transfers from our external warehouse facility to the Cigalah regional branch operations in line with Trade Marketing Managers directions and activity plans.
