1- Prepare training plans, materials such as modules, summaries, videos, power Point, case Studies, Questions’ Bank, Activities, exercises, shot quizzes and Final exams for four Modules at least quarterly.
2- Prepare a training file for four courses quarterly.
3- Develop training materials at least once a year.
4- Conduct workshops or lectures up to the international standards yearly.
5- Monitor trainee’s attendance, performance and keep trainees’ portfolios (Records) quarterly.
6- Conduct trainees’ evaluations, identify and modify areas of improvement for 30 % of the trainees quarterly.
7- Run the Diploma Control affairs quarterly.
8- Participate in writing the external courses ‘reports.
9- Contribute in company marketing training programs and services for customers monthly.
10- Initiate creativity and positive attitude inside and outside training classes daily.
