- Responsible for the preparation of all nutritional support formula that need modification and preparation for all inpatients.
- Supervises in Kitchen preparation of all modified and therapeutic diet requirements for all inpatients.
- Supervises tray line - checking for special food quality, quantity, appearance and compliance to written prescriptions of patients diets. - Assist the clinical dietitian.
