• Responsible for the management, planning, implementation, coordination and financial control of OSP projects
• Manage the project activities in all its phases including planning, Designing, installation, commissioning, testing and hand over
• Implementation for all types of OSP Telecom jobs (Relocation, Key accounts, Held order and FTTH) as per construction standards from clients and road authorities
• From Managing, planning, implementation, scheduling, project costing, cost evaluation till finalization and other delegation involves preparation of execution plans stressing upon timely completion, daily and weekly coordination
• Overall Project Management including client’s relationship coordinates with STC and other clients, budgetary control and project quality assurance
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Monitor the progress of the project and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project
• Bill Preparation according to customer standards for all Completed Sites (FTTH / Key Accounts / Relocation / MOT) as well as Site Dairy
• Prepare the BOQ’s, quotations ,for any customer job
• Prepare Red lines drawings, as built drawings and PAT documents for completed jobs
• Oversee the organization, administration and coordination of all elements involved in civil works – labor, materials, equipment’s, supplies, utilities, technology, methods and time in order to complete the assigned activities on schedule, within the budget and according to specific standards of quality and performance
• Projects surveillance and monitoring coordinate with the site supervisors to ensure that day to day activities are carried out in accordance to the delivery dates as stated in the project plan
• To lead and distributing the daily assignment and guide site supervisors for the execution of fiber optic and copper network include verified the BOQ, documentation process and operation and maintenan

• Managing multiple field teams
• Responsible for all duties related to the project management department
• Planning / organizing and checking of work progress and schedules to meet deadlines target date
• Managing and coordinate activities of various designs, Management estimates of various construction projects such as rooftop, green field and monopoles etc
• Responsible for monitoring the progress of civil works as per the approved project specification& schedules
• Built the site as per approved design and coordinate with the team working in the field
• Follow up day to day construction activities starting from site handover till the site ready for RFI(construction, Fabrication, Installation, erection of towers and commissioning)
• Attend weekly meeting with STC for updates about the sites progress
• Report project status and performance (with respect to schedule, cost, quality and risk) to the GM. Monitor actual progress against the project plan Manage project inter-dependencies
• Responsible for giving the necessary information about site to Director.
• Creating and executing project work plans and revising as appropriate to meet changing need and requirements
• Manage day-to-day issue, Identify the scope of the project and set them into phases and cycles based on the approval of the GM.
• Preparing RFI request for implementation for civil inspection activities and Handed over the sites to the customer
• Monitoring the civil implementation sites and team management according to resource of the company
• Coordinate with the team working in the field for any technical support
• Maintained effective working relationships with field crews, contractors, vendors, the public and city staff members
• Preparing the site for pre PAT, CPAT, JV PAT
• Receiving new civil sites from STC and follow up with designer for approval
