•PROJECT ENGINEER:
-Develops project technical objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans; conferring with management.
-Determines project specifications by studying product design, customer requirements, and performance standards; completing technical studies; preparing cost estimates.
-Confirms product performance by designing and conducting tests.
-Determines project schedule by studying project plan and specifications; calculating time requirements; sequencing project elements.
-Controls project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan and schedule changes; recommending actions.
-Report and escalate to management as needed with documentation.
-Cooperate and communicate effectively with the project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support.
-Perform technical risk management to minimize project risks.
•DESIGN ENGINEER:
- Prepare manufacturing and perspective Design for indoor and outdoor of lighting products to provide lighting solution as per Sales/Customer requirement.
•CNC PROGRAMMER.
- Prepare CNC programs for the manufacturing of lighting products, study engineering drawings, and design data to finalize measurements/dimensions for all machines used in production.
•PROCESS ENGINEER:
-Prepare manufacturing BOM& Routing for new Design Items, calculate Time study, contribute to operations set-up and carry out design calculations to support in time and within budget completion of manufacturing activities.
Work with the Maintenance team and learn about troubleshooting solutions and a timetable for the work of maintenance of machinery and equipment periodically.
Provided solutions to technical problems in machines, carried out emergency repairs to maintain operations schedules and ensured robust customer support.
Working with the quality team and knowing the sample test and making a report for the defective sample.
Work with production team to set production time and manpower needs for each process.
