 Maintain the treatment plant systems
 Maintain and operate the filtering and chemical treatment processes
 Inspect, service and repair components of the water treatment plant including water intakes, pipes, water storage vessels, chemical treatment equipment controls, circulation pumps, boilers, heat exchangers and valves
 Prepare budgets and financial reports for the water/sewer system
 Ensure an adequate supply of water for human consumption and firefighting activities
 Prepare work orders for servicing and repairs
 Arrange for major repairs
 Prepare activity and work order reports
 Maintain inventories
 Inspect the treatment plant systems on a daily basis to ensure effective operations
 Supervise and schedule the activities of the Water Plant Operator Assistant and casual staff
 The control and mitigation of pollutants or effluents that have an adverse impact on the natural environment.
 Obtain, update, and maintain plans, permits, and standard operating procedures

 Team player with full dedication.
 Analyzing daily production data of crusher, Raw mill, Kiln, Cement mills & packing plant & point out deviation from standards to his superiors.
 Responsible for achieving production, fuel and electricity targets as planned in the yearly production budget.
 Lead the Production department team and motivate, optimize the qualities of subordinates. Understand and manage right job for right man.
 Maximum production with low fuel consumption.
 Production of good quality clinker by using both gas and coal.
 A regular and constant vigilance communication with quality control department.
 To trace and solve day-to-day impediments in the process.
 Pollution control practice in the Cement industries.
 Theoretical and practical understanding of kiln and mill operations.
 Supervising/ coordination of kiln shutdown for general maintenance.
