Including with my BA degree in Languages and Translation, I am a fresh graduate master’s degree on Executive Master of Business Administration at Fahad Bin Sultan University with 4.92 out of 5 degree which allows me to obtain a first-class honor degree and I extremely believe that I deserve it due to my hardworking and studying last two years. However, my written and oral skills in the English Language are progressively developing in particular during my present job. Besides, I have passed an English master\'s course with an A degree. Also, I achieved a 5.5 score in IELTS. Therefore, I believe my knowledge of the English Language will help me to have a chance at your organization.
On top of my education, I\'m currently employed at Holiday Inn at the front desk. This job requires high skills in focusing and professionalism. So, throughout this job, I proved and improved most of my skills. Besides my excellent background in Microsoftware office programs, I immediately learned Opera Management software, especially system for hotel programs in less than a month. In fact, I was responsible for training the new employees for this Opera system. In general, I have strong learning speed with including manage a multi-line phone system, guest inquiries, and scheduling appointments. Due to my development hardworking, my line manager and the general manager offered to me to be a front desk supervisor which showed how I am good at leading the team, excellent communication, and motivate my colleagues.

Greet all guests and assist them with check-in and issue room keys, provide information on hotel services and room location.

Complete monthly financial and management reports, ensuring that all information was accurate and all policies and procedures were followed.
