• Inspect all Tower & Substation materials as per P.O. and client specifications, delivery notes & packing list & approved submittals.
• To ensure that the work is carried out as per approved IFC drawings, standards & specifications.
• Maintain quality records such as log book of the work performed, QA/QC weekly report, Internal inspection report, Non-conformance report (NCR),
• Review Master Time Schedule of projects and accordingly prepare inspection and test plans in coordination with client, consultant and vendor.
• Implementation of Quality Management System ISO 9001:2015.
• To ensure that all testing and measuring instruments are calibrated & maintain calibration log.
• Conduct Quality Audits of different projects & report any non-conformity to Project Managers & QA/AC Manager.
• Liaises with design engineer over any reported technical issues which require their input.
• Site inspection of assembly & erection 132KV & 380KV Towers, Tower Tightening, Insulator Assembly & Hoisting, AAAC conductor pulling, sagging & spacer fixing, OPGW pulling sagging & vibration damper fixing, OPGW joint box fixing & witnessing of Pre & Post installation tests for OPGW.
• Site Inspections of 380KV, 132KV, 115KV & 13.8KV Power Transformers, 380KV, 132KV & 115KV GIS, 380KV, 132KV, 115KV & 13.8KV Protection Panels. 13.8KV Switchgear, 13.8KV Capacitor Banks, AC/DC Panels, LCC & Telecom Panels, cable trays installation, Laying & termination of control, power & optical fiber cables etc.
• Coordinates with Execution & client for closing of punch list and witnessing of Testing & commissioning.

 Inspect all substation materials as per P.O. and client specification.
 Maintain system manuals, international & national standards, client specs, Technical data sheets & handbooks, product-range & component catalogues, copy of ITP, copy of purchase orders & all relevant documents related to inspections.
 Verify and assure accreditation, certifications, approvals and accolades along with profiles of vendors, external/ third party or independent agencies.
 Review technical data sheets, ITP, Purchase orders, test reports -Type, Sample, Routine, Special etc, Certificates, and related drawings & documents issued for construction.
 Review Master Time Schedule of projects and accordingly prepare inspection and test plans in coordination with client, consultant and vendor.
 Maintain quality records such as log book of the work performed, QA/QC weekly report, Internal inspection report, Non conformance report (NCR), Design change request (DCR).
 Carry out/ witness inspections and testing as per plan.
 Raise inspection calls for vendor inspection by client\'s representative & notify to external/third party/independent agencies.
 Verification of test results, reporting and recommendation to QA/QC Manager for necessary actions.
 Recommend shipment of goods through release for shipment certificate when the results conform to the requirements.

To ensure that work inspections are coordinated and carried out to specified requirements.

• To arrange / ensure timely inspection and approval of all materials / equipment delivered / completed installations at site by Consultants and maintain records
• To ensure timely action on any comments / complaints by the Contractor / Consultant/ Client and closing of Field Observation Reports / NCRs, if any
• To ensure that all testing and measuring instruments are calibrated as per standards/ requirement and maintaining with Construction / Project
• To carry out preparatory, initial and follow-up inspections as per the approved ITP *Ensure implementation of quality standards and control.

• Attending weekly coordination meeting with Clients i.e. USACE and providing meeting minutes to Head office.

• Project includes;

 Rehabilitation of 11KV & 33KV feeders from 66KV Jandola Grid Station in Mehsud area in South Waziristan Agency (Project Costs 1022 Million PKR)
 Construction of 132KV Grid station at Wana South Waziristan Agency (Project Costs 445 Million PKR)
 Construction of 132KV Double Circuit Transmission line from Gomal Zam Dam to Wana (Project Costs 695 Million PKR)
