• Main Tasks:
• Using a range of office software, including email, spreadsheets and databases;
• Managing filing systems;
• Developing and implementing new administrative systems, such as record management;
• Organizing and chairing meetings with staff - include preparing the agenda and taking minutes.
• Overseeing the recruitment of new staff, sometimes including training and induction;
• Delegating work to staff and managing their workload and output;
• Taking care of the customer’s tasks, quotations, enquiries and complaints and delivering the same on time
• Preparing, along with the clients for assignments of interpretation
• Reviewing the translated articles before delivering the same to the clients.
• Implementing and promoting equality and diversity policy;
• Writing reports for senior management and delivering presentations;
• Empower employees to take responsibility for their jobs and goals. Delegate responsibility and expect accountability and regular feedback.
• Foster a spirit of teamwork and unity among branches members that allows for disagreement over ideas, conflict and expeditious conflict resolution, and the appreciation of diversity as well as cohesiveness, supportiveness, and working effectively together to enable each employee and the department to succeed.
• Maintain employee work schedules including assignments, job rotation, training, vacations and paid time off, telecommuting, cover for absenteeism, and overtime scheduling.
