Job Responsibilities
Fleet Management
- Maintaining Daily MIS of TCS fleet about all vehicle parameters (like as Running hours, total KM, Speed violations, Harsh bracking, Incident factors and causes etc)
- Completely command and knowledge of fleet operation for local, over night, and line haul operations.
- Can perform and complete the all tasks with proactive approach regarding fleet operation system.
- Provide the guidelines to drivers about safety (safely driving without damage material on container).
- In case of misshape take necessary actions and pass out the information to concerns.
- Handle ground movement of express runners, monitor through tracking system
- Manage Line Haul movements from Karachi to all over Pakistan

- Handling Trip Movement of Engro Foods Limited as well as local distributors

- Monitor Vehicle Performance/Fuel Consumption/Efficiency and Keep Management Informed Through Regular Reports and Meetings

- Responsible for Tracker Monitoring and take necessary action in case of area violation or route deviations
- To manage cost inventory of fuel and other maintenance expenses of the vehicles.
