• Handling GOSI ( Record the new staffs , GOSI Removal, Follow up The payment of GOSI Monthly & Reload annual wages )
• Handling international & local recruitment.
• Preparing Job Offer &Contracts
• Preparing letters ( Introduction letters, Visit Visa, Clearance & Warning letters )
• Process Medical insurance for the employees
• Send monthly Saudization report,Nitaqat report &Nitaqatplan.
• Handling Muqeem.
• Recruitment and doing interviews and achieve the Saudization
• Doing the procedures of leaves , termination and resignation
• Handling RHP.
• Handling WPS.
• Working at Manpower for company.
• Working at Budget for company.
• Handling probation & evaluation for employees.
• Upload the sales for Samsung on GSBN System & updated monthly.
• Doing weekly action plan and Follow-up plans of the teams and show it to the manager.
• Follow-up the website of B2B and the customer's issues and directing it to appropriate person.
• Doing presentation to present it to a company or bank for some Conventions.
• Doing presentation about target projects &target profit and B2B Plan.
• Achieve the target and dealing with companies.
• Follow up the new projects in Saudi Arabia.
• Implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results.
• Establishes sales objectives.
• Completes sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results.
• Maintains sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
• Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointment.
• File and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers and external partner.
• Develop and maintain a filing system.
• Make travel arrangements.
• Drafting letters and other documents, such as PowerPoint presentations.
• Answering the phone and answering queries.
