As Asst. Manager Technical my hand work and prime responsibilities are,
• Installation of Diesel Generator of Allied Cat & Perkin of 13 & 20KVA.
• Scheduling and Monitoring of PM and CM of Battery banks, DG and AC/DC Air-cons.
• Testing of Diesel Generators of different brands & rating.
• Monitor RMS logs on daily basis regarding HT, HVAC, LVLD and LVBD alarm & take action.
• Keep close coordination with customer for warranty replacement and alarms escalated by NOC.
• Cross checking of field formats/checklist, quality assurance & site audit compliance.
• Scheduling & Monitoring Battery swap project of “GS-Yuasa Telenor Power Optimization” Project.
• Preparing & sharing of ATP, PAC’s, FAC’s document of sites.
• Receiving of site Partial & Final acceptance from customer.
As Regional Manager technical my primary responsibilities includes are,
• Scheduling, Monitoring and implementation of 2v 500ah DC Power system Rollout project.
• Scheduling of PM, CM, Operation and maintenance of Battery Bank, Cabinet, DC/AC Air con, rectifier and temperature sensor replacement on sites in central region.
• Examine RMS logs and schedule pending alarms rectification sites.
• Coordination between customer & internal team to insure the timely ended an activity.
• Update daily progress report, issues & shared it with Project Manager.
• To resolve site issues through proper channel & find its solution.
• Preparation and submission of sites documents ATP’s, PAC’s & FAC’s.
• Technical training to regional staff & supervision.
As Field Engineer, my hand works are as below,
• Technical Site Survey of 120x 2V 500AH DC Power System.
• Installation, Commissioning & configuration of 2V 500AH DC Power System on 170 sites.
• Preventive and Corrective maintenance of 500+ sites including servicing of battery bank and replacement of faulty DC/AC Air-con, faulty rectifier modules and temperature sensors.
• O&M of different types of SMPS-ZTE (ZXD 3000), Power one (FMP16.48), Eltek(2000) and Delta(2000).
• Ensure Site Automation
o AC/Battery Bank/DG to be in auto mode.
o All critical alarms such as High temp, LLVD/LVBD, HVAC failure, BOD, Generator failure, fuel level and Intrusion to be integrated with NOC.
o Ensure these alarms are in working conditions from CSU/NOC before leaving the site.
• Preventive and Corrective maintenance of transformer of 25 KVA on sites.
• Work on Installation of 15 KVA & 25 KVA distribution transformers.
• Maintenance of 15KVA & 25KVA distribution transformer including insulation oil testing, bushing & surge arrester.
• Testing of single and three phase distribution transformer such as Winding insulation resistance test, Ratio test, No load test and short circuit test.
• Routine test of DC resistance test, temperature rise test, hot collar test and lightning arrestor test.
