Responsibilities:
• Developing and administering human resources plans and procedures.
• Maintaining department records, reports, and Government relations.
• Maintain all type of insurances
• Developing and implementing new processes to help the organization offer a better workplace for staff
• Advises management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.
• Maintains human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
• Nurture a positive working environment
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
• Maintain pay plan and benefits program
• Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
• Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary and termination procedures.
• Identifies legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance.
• Prepare and manage division’s budget.
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly and annual reports.
• Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
• Prepares budget of human resources operations.

Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
