- Review Contract Documents, making suggestions for all related MEP works.
- Manage and lead MEP subcontractors throughout the duration of the project.
- Assist the Scheduling department by developing detailed CPM schedules for all MEP installation activities, including cost and resource loading.
- Review and get approval for material and equipment for MEP systems prior to installation.
- Monitor the installation and start-up of MEP systems and commissioning of the project with Engineer amp Owner.
- Coordinate activities, materials procurement and other related activities with Project Manager and
Field Staff.

- Represent the MEP process at Owners and Clients meetings.
- Supervise, develop and monitor project staff.
- Lead and direct coordination process to resolve all conflicts prior to the start of installations.
- Take overall responsibility for the performance of all MEP trades.
- Supervise review and coordination of Submittals workshop drawings and As-Built Drawings

• Quality of work according to project specifications within the designated time frame.
• Analyzing and resolving field problems.
• Prepare method statement of work, inspection and test plan and risk assessment.
• Supervise the construction in terms of proper method, material reservation, and optimum output labor.
• Material take-off.
• Installation, commissioning and startup of the following mechanical systems:
HVAC (Chilled water system "water cooled chiller", AHU'S, FCU'S, and Exhaust Fans).
Plumbing (all plumbing accessories, booster pumps, submersible pumps, and hot water circulation system).
Fire Fighting (Fire pumps, Sprinkler system, FM-200, and foam system.
