- Preparing SLA's with all involved parties and updating all procedures as per the business requirements.
- Utilize internal computer reports/systems/database and all related systems to assist in the identification of fraudulent/suspicious activity.
- Ensure cases are researched, documented and completed in accordance with departmental, regulatory and compliance standards.
