I am working in Pakistan Engineering Services Pvt. Ltd as a “GIS Developer” on a project “Small and Medium Dams feasibility study in Baluchistan Pakistan” and performing all the activities and duties regarding GIS Developer.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Performs complex drafting duties and assignments of limited scope.
• Follows standard organisational practices and guidelines.
• Solves problems of somewhat complex nature and assists less-experienced employees with solving problems and resolving issues.
• Prepares custom maps and diagrams, and provides GIS (Geographic Information Systems) analysis and services to all departments.
• Managing supplier agreements.

• Making Isohyetal Maps and Reconnaissance reports.

• Acquire airborne data using LiDAR, thermal infrared and digital multi-spectral imagery.

I was a Trainee research and development Engineer and my task was to find new ways of reducing the cost and educating the labour as well.
