• Preparing Financial Statement using QuickBooks.
• Preparing monthly MIS report and FS for the corporate office in Dubai and for our parent company for consolidation purpose.
• Liaise with external auditors.
• Preparing Journal Vouchers and Bank Payment Vouchers.
• Assisting the Jr. Accountants in creating invoices and cash/cheque receipts for Customers (Courses participants) and for preparing purchase orders and issuing cheques for suppliers and maintaining petty cash expense list.
• Liaise with the sales team in respect of customer list and getting payments from customers.
• Preparing condensed and detailed profit and loss account, comparative balance sheet, income statement and cash flow statement with variances and ratio analysis.
• Maintaining Fixed Asset register.
Assisting the Accounts manager in a variety of business roles
Reconciling petty cash
Inbound logistics (dealing with suppliers)
Maintaining Accounts payable and Accounts Receivable
Chasing outstanding customer accounts
Reconciling Accounts payable after every month’s end.
Assisting the Accounts manager in finalization of accounts
Assisting with sales / purchase ledger duties, cash books and payroll
Warehouse management (Stock in/out, Stock count, incoming stock verification, Good Received
Notes and Good Dispatch Note)
Some other duties assigned by my finance manager.
