Type of Project: 22 billion $ RIYADH METRO PROJECT by BACS consortium.
Scope of Employer’s Contract: construct, install and build the stations, tunnels, viaducts, at grade and all utilities for (the metro lines 1&2)
Scope of Work:
• contributing to the implementation of constructing the cut and cover tunnel (T2-2) line 2 east (788 m)
• contributing to constructing the 1C1 and 1C4 (deep underground stations) Line 1 (OLIA line)
• Revising with the field engineers the IFC, shop drawings, methods of statement and materials submittals ...etc. to implement.
• Executing, Supervising, monitoring and Managing all site activities in a sequence (mobilization, excavation, soil stabilization and shoring, waterproofing, steel reinforcement, formwork, concrete casting and...…etc. up to finishing.
• Responsibility awareness for all infrastructure types and utilities diversion (roadways detours, traffic decks, duct banks, water lines, storm water lines, sewer lines, earthwork ...etc.)
• Reporting in details for all site activities including the subcontractor’s scopes.
• Solving the site related issues with the consultant and client.
• Awareness about the MEP, QA/QC and the HSE on site and cooperating with their teams.
• Coordination and cooperating with the planner and cost engineer to manage client invoices, subcontractor’s invoices, the time schedule and activities budgets to avoid the delays or over budget.
