Job Description & Duties
 Working as a Procurement Manager and leading and development and execution of AQS Procurement strategy with supports a team of multinational environment.
 Provide functional leadership and direction for the operation/ process system to meet with the needs of projects and operation, compared with consumption and cost control through re-use, best practice processes and knowledge sharing.
 Overseen the Supply chain management end to end to secured orders fulfil/achieved on the time, in parallel with sales target and organization goals within the fixed budget to ensure the resources are available at the right time, the right price and from the right source.
 Vendor Development and Developing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders across AQS & AQG and key suppliers.
 Negotiations with the suppliers about the prices of their product and select the best price after comparison review proposals, contract modifications and agreements as required.
 Review and approval of financial & technical evaluation between all suppliers to obtain the best prices, delivery time and payment terms.
 Supporting internal Phase Reviews/Approvals ensuring that all required approvals are obtained before executing a PO’s / Contract.
 Negotiating agreements with suppliers whilst applying sound commercial judgement and ensuring compliance with AQS policies; insurance requirements; confidentiality requirements; and \'flow down\' requirements from Vendors & Contracts.
 Coordinate and follow up with Logistics, Clearing Agents, Transporters, Couriers for shipment customs clearance and delivery on time.
 Follow up with respective buyers for pending PR’s and Inventory controller to avoid any shortage of items.
 Perform Inventory Management and control for all materials by coordinating with Warehouse and user departments and considering SAP reports and convince and persuade internal departments for inventory control suggestion.
 Manage and Directing the Studies and Analysis for the future market demand, in collaboration with marketing, sales, and logistics departments.
 Resolve teammates subjects/queries, may have with vendors, products, purchase request & order processing.
 Build a mechanism to resolve cross-functional issues and ensure periodic review of action the plan
Provide periodic needs for each section of the materials and services and the development of appropriateness budget.
 Act a liaison to respond to inquiries and complaint resolution from end-user, supplier Local and International. Ensure the timely renewal of contracts and convince vendors to reduce advance payment and increase credit teams.
 Make Forecast & Follow up with finance department regarding pending payments (LC’s, CAD, and Credit etc.) & banking issues to secure the required fund for Goods & Services Procurement.
 Analyze support-tracking data to identify trends and patterns in data; suggest solutions; notify top management; implement corrective actions as approved.
 Preparing and submit various monthly and annual reports, plans & budget on time to top management.
 Coordinate and support with Auditor and provide required data/report as and when basis.
 Manage and control all PO’s / Contract documentation, data, files and reports in a timely and accurate manner.
 Coach, a mentor, motivate and supervise procurement team members to take positive action and accountability.
